Our shipping partner

We work with the shipping company DHL because it has the densest delivery network in Germany and delivers every day except Sunday. It also offers good service for you as the recipient. You can have the package delivered to a Packstation or branch, for example, or if you are not at home, you can also choose a drop-off location.

standard delivery

We offer standard delivery from DHL free of charge within Germany. We ship orders placed before 6 p.m. on the same working day and DHL usually takes 2-4 days.

DHL Express

For 19.99€ you can book express delivery for your desk pad. Delivery will take place the next working day if ordered before 12pm (except Sunday).

DHL GoGreen

Our goal is to keep the ecological impact as low as possible and that is why we only use the DHL GoGreen shipping service for all our packages. This service enables completely climate-neutral shipping. How does it work?

DHL invests in certified environmental projects that offset the CO2 emissions generated during transport. DHL also stands out through its use of solar-powered packing stations and the expansion of its electric vehicle fleet. We are happy to cover the additional costs per package because the environment is important to us.

shipment number and tracking

For every shipment, we will send you a tracking number and a link with which you can check the status of your package at any time and, if necessary, set a drop-off location.

Packaging

We are aware that shipping and especially packaging has a negative impact on the environment. We have therefore made an effort to use sustainable cardboard boxes including paper tape and we also work with the Green Dot, who take care of recycling our cardboard boxes and packaging materials.
